Martial arts classes aren’t just about punching and kicking- they are about developing happy, strong and healthy citizens. The Sportletics martial arts program improves self-confidence, self-esteem, focus, balance, coordination and more. Our instructors will deliver crucial self-defence skills to students in a fun, supportive and respectful environment.



Students are constantly surrounded with sources of distraction and temptation. Yoga is a helpful tool to motivate students to overcome these distractions, and empower them physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our expert instructors will introduce students to 20+ fundamental yoga poses. Our yoga program enhances self-confidence and concentration, reduce stress, and allows students to feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group.



The Sportletics BootFit program is a circuit-based workout of moderate intensity designed to get students involved in physical fitness in a fun, supportive environment. Our instructors will motivate students to perform at their personal best through a series of exercises including relay races, squats, jump rope and jumping jacks. Our BootFit program improves concentration, focus and resiliency.



Love dancing? Sportletics’ Zumba program is designed to get students active in a fun, supportive and social environment. Students will dance to high energy, upbeat Latin American music. Our instructors incorporate footwork and body movements from flamenco, salsa and other dances. Our Zumba program improves coordination, confidence and reduces stress.

BollyX Dance


Sportletics’ BollyX program is a Bollywood inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the greatest dance hits from around the world. Our program will get students sweating, while dancing to the heat of the music and expressing their inner personalities. Students will experience motivation, energy and excitement in a way they never have before.

Soccer & Basketball

Soccer & Basketball

Want to improve your child’s soccer and basketball skills? Sportletics’ joint program introduces students to the fundamentals of the games in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. Our instructors will coach students through ball control, passing, shooting and footwork drills to improve their skills. Each session will be capped off with a scrimmage for students to apply their skills. Our program builds confidence, develops relationships and teaches respect.  



The Sportletics JumpSport program offers variety to your child’s exercise routine. JumpSport is a rotational program that delivers essential life skills and exposes students to martial arts, yoga and mainstream sports (soccer, basketball, football, volleyball and hockey). Students will learn and improve their skills in a fun, interactive and supportive environment. Our program is designed to build confidence, coordination and self-discipline.
