We think you and your kids will love our services, but it’s ok if you don’t. Here’s how we work to keep you happy.
Our policy covers after-school programs (monthly & yearly billings), as well as physical goods shipped to parents.
SECTION 1 - MONTHLY PLANS
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time. Please see your confirmation email upon sign-up for full details. Unless specified by you, we deem any cancellations to be effective as of the 1st day of the month following the cancellation. For example, if you cancel on the 12th of the current month, we deem the cancellation as of the 1st of the following month. For partial refunds of the current month, we will refund the pro-rated monthly amount of services not yet rendered. Please contact us at email@example.com should you need to cancel within a current month.
SECTION 2 - YEARLY PLANS
You may cancel a yearly plan at any time. We will refund the pro-rated balance for services not yet rendered. For example, if you cancel six (6) months into a ten (10) month subscription, we will refund you the remaining four (4) months or 40% of the yearly balance. SECTION 3 - PHYSICAL GOODS
Any physical goods (such as Karate Gi’s) are non-refundable. We deliver items straight to your child’s school by default. In the case of clothing (such as Karate uniforms), we will gladly exchange any items for an appropriate size.
SECTION 3 - PROCESSING OF PAYMENTS
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
